1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell digital icon packs that you download after payment. Nothing is shipped. Each product page lists what the download contains, its formats and its size.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment provider shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Your order

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation by email with your download links. The same links appear on the order confirmation page and, if you have an account, under Downloads.

5. Delivery and access

Downloads are available straight after payment and there is no limit on how often you download your files. Please keep your own copy, as we cannot promise that every product stays available for ever.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content this right ends once the download is made available, but only if you agreed to that at checkout by ticking the consent box before you pay. Our refund policy explains when we refund anyway.

7. Licence

What you may do with the files is set out in our licence, which forms part of these terms.

8. Faulty files

If a file is missing, damaged or does not match its description, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Accounts

You can buy as a guest or create an account. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account.

10. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable. If you buy as a business, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where [Company name] is registered. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to solve the issue together.
